The Hikvision iDS-TCM403-GIR/POE/0832 is a dedicated traffic ANPR camera with 24 GHz millimetre-wave radar for vehicle detection and triggering. 2 MP (1920 x 1080) sensor with 8 mm - 32 mm motorised varifocal lens, supplementary IR + light-compensation flash for night plate capture, on-camera Hikvision plate-recognition algorithm (>=99.5% (optimal conditions) accuracy), and trigger-relay I/O for direct barrier control. Built for tolling, congestion-charge boundaries, traffic enforcement and managed-lane monitoring.

H.265+ compression for efficient storage, ONVIF Profile S/G/T conformant, compatible with Hik-Connect, Hik-Central, iVMS-4200 and ANPR-aware third-party VMS / tolling platforms over standard plate-event push (HTTP / TCP).

Suited to tolling, congestion-charge boundaries and managed-lane enforcement. The GIR radar variant adds independent vehicle detection — useful when image-based triggering is unreliable (heavy rain, fog, fast-moving traffic at night).
